ABOUT
Ron is a Corporate Controller, Head of Finance and specializes in finance operations, non-profit accounting and entrepreneurial strategy. Through a career in both the Energy and Finance industries Ron gained extensive knowledge across a range of disciplines, from Project Management, Financial Planning & Analysis and External (SEC) and Regulatory reporting.
In Ron’s most recent role at American Express he led the team of professionals in charge of Derivatives, Hedges and FX Center of Excellence. Prior to joining Amex, Ron worked in the energy industry serving in people leader roles at both Hess Corporation and Direct Energy. Ron started his career with PWC before his decade-long foray into energy. Ron has a Bsc. and Msc. in Accounting and is an alumnus of NYU Stern school of Business where he got his MBA.

Ron enjoys reading crime fiction, is a runner, triathlete, wine enthusiast and recently took up rowing.
